In the grey

why do i feel
a sense of burden in my soul
was it distractions?
was it walls?
was it uncertainties?
how i long to run into Your arms
but I seem far
i tried running
the walls seem to hinder me
as though many blocks were place in front of me
reaching, still reaching for You
I miss You..... dearly

i don't understand
maybe i don't have to
where do I go from here?
after all that had happen
do i stay?
do i leave?
do i pray?
i still stand in the grey...

what's beyond me?
sometimes i wonder
did i choose to be ignorant
to what i've seen and heard?
or
did i choose to believe that there's still hope
in the midst of imperfection?
i still stand in the grey...

i stand clueless
at what the future holds
in need of directions
in need of answers
in need of confirmations
i still stand in the grey...

Yes You said it right
be Watchful and Prayerful
be my eyes when I cannot see
be my Only Source that I rely on
give me eyes to see
and
give me a heart to pray
i don't want
to stand in the grey
...any longer...
