Wedding post
Here's a post about a wedding that I've attended. It was my sister's husband's sister's wedding. How complicated can that sound.. haha.. Well, here it goes..
2 March 2008
Emily weds Paul
The beautiful wedding was held at DUMC Dream Center. This was the first wedding ever that I've attended that sets a dress code. The dress code for their guests was white, beige or creme and the bride and groom immediate family are suppose to wear red. The deco that went with the couple's wedding theme was excellent.

Nice... :)
Anyway, this was a rather interesting wedding. Firstly the bride is a Chinese marrying a Chindian. Therefore, they decided to have a Christian traditional kind of wedding. The bride wore an Indian wedding dress. It was rather unique and different. The bride's mum and sister came in a Sari. Now how cool is that.. haha..
Scene from Bollywood-A very Hindustan picture
The second thing that made this wedding rather unique is it was an evangelistic wedding. Can you imagine that? The groom actually worship lead for his wedding and his bride co worship lead while the best man and the maid of honor were support singers. Unbelievable right. Then their church Pastor was giving out an evangelistic message. It was so interesting how the Pastor connected the wedding and evangelism together. He was talking about why they decided to do all this on their wedding day is because it is their passion, God is their passion and they would like to share it with each of their guest. Now that is maximum coolness.

The third thing about this wedding is their wedding guests consisted of rather interesting people. First there was the best man. Take a guess who he was? Ha ha..
I shall reveal his identity..

If you're wondering why I'm not in red, beige, creme or white that's because I'm special.. =p Nolar it's because extended families get to wear anything that they like so that people can identify who are family.. *wink*
Finally...
Congrats to the lovely couple. May God continuously shower His blessings upon your marriage =)
